All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

A manufacturing defect is defined as a fault in the product’s materials or workmanship that is present at the time of delivery (e.g., stitching failure, fabric defects, or structural flaws).

The following are NOT considered manufacturing defects:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper use, washing, or care
• Incorrect sizing or fit
• Minor variations in color, design, or finish

To request a refund or replacement for a manufacturing defect, you must:
